Yah you are right it's not goin to help, nothing is really. And yah my turfs are being attacked right now, but at least it gives me something to do (fix them) in this carebear game.

The problem with the threads the OP refers to is that people think it's ok to ask this stuff in a GAME. It's not. Some people need to learn how to think for themselves. This is not a dating community or a debating community. There are places on the Internet you can go for real discussion on these subjects. Daters can get advice from people who really know a thing or two. Debaters can go learn from people with degrees in the subject they want to debate and have more intelligent conversations.

This is a game. They ask these things because they want to say "Hey look at me!". And because people do, they will not stop coming up with ways to draw attention.

What is the point of a General Discussion "get to know your fellow mobster" forums if you can't ask questions about your personal life or bring up something that is debatable? I agree after reading many of the threads that there are many stupid, repeated threads out there and since I'm still new to the forums maybe I don't understand the influx of posts like the old-timers, but what's the point of a general discussion if you can't... discuss.

Johnny Cage made a set of rules ( http://turfwarsapp.com/forum/43/topic/120286251/ ) that seem pretty acceptable to me. If you're going to be posting personal shit, just be ready to have every response out there.
