Well you can cap it as long as you repair it and are happy to continue paying protection.

Don't cap bigger mobs even if they are not armed. It doesn't take long to arm up when you have a couple if billion in the bank.

Do your sums mob size, weapons etc... Baisically respect everyone and only cap if your sure you can win....

I capped a guy out of my town that was taking inactives.
