What should it be based on?
Total billable hours divided by total possible hours that can be worked.
Or total hours billable hours divide by a fixed number of hours.

I say like a mechanics pay goes

by the hour based on type of work being done.

Example: an hour of a** fkn should cost more than an hour of getn head.

How would you view this example. If a high end escourt bills out only 10 hour per week at $300.00 per hour. She has a U-rate of 25% but brings in 3k. Is that better, worse or the same than a hooker that bills out 30 hours a week and charges $100.00 per hour which makes her U-rate 75%.

It's therapeutic besides the 1st time I went I didn't know the lady told me turn over n u know.. Hey n strippers aren't all sluts! Some just do it for quick money.. Tru story.. If u sit n talk to them about life they'll tell u it's for school or rent
