A player in my area named Thomas the Great has created a second account dubbed Thomas T.G. II. Is this legal according to the game rules?

If you see him capturing turfs off his second account then (make sure you can win) and capture ALL his turfs

Just don't tax one of your mules or attack to get cash. Don't cap turf either.
