Here's what you do
1) walk up to said female
2) look at the female
3) this is tricky so pay attention, say hey
4) assuming you survived step three, ask how she is doing
5) if you've made it this far, good job 😃, now at this point she will say something meaningless and therefore you should interrupt her and demand head

Ooh this one I saw it in a documentary once I am sure this will work for you.
Then again you could always tell her some of the ways it was suggested you get to know her. They are pretty funny.
