Belniak: struck and killed a pedestrian in 1994, not charged. At time of incident for which he is in prison he already had 2 prior DUI's and a drug conviction for having a gallon of GHB in his car. He rear-ended a stopped vehicle and killed 3 people while high on cocaine and Xanax, 6 eyewitnesses and the event recorder in the vehicle he struck corroborate this. He now claims it was the other guy's fault. Belniak is not even a human being. If karma exists he will die a slow death of a lingering illness.

Despite the aggravated part, and depending on how crazy the judge is, you can still be sued for damages if you cause harm to someone. Medical bills and what not. But if you have a judge that has common sense, this could be thrown out. Of course like some people stated it depends if it goes to criminal or civil court. Outcomes vary, as well as rulings. If u have a public defendant dont let them take the easy road out and shaft you, because all they want is the day to end which means they put little effort into your case. Good luck.
