ladies and gentlemen, friends and foes, players all ages twelve and up... I implore you, what does it cost YOU to get out of the emergency room?

im at $197,000.00 for my 27 to 35ish points. what is this based on? cash on hand? at one point I banked about 10billion just to have it tucked away safely for a rainy day. and I recall my health cost going down. but that was long ago and I'm still not sure...
