All i hear about this safe zone in america is that a few people benefit and the rest suffer! All arguments. In Melbourne we just set an area that is safe and the rest is free for all. Works out fine, it doesn't have to be complex. Even arch enemys share turf next to each other in the Melbourne center. Is it that hard America?
