Try pet mice. Or rats. Or ferrets. Or greyhounds. Or a baby sister. Or even a (dare I say it?) daughter.😉Yah thanks for the help but they keep saying they are to much work. Can any of you think of any animals that are less maitnace but that I could sit and cuddle with?
And to the Emily, get a kitten, treat it right, and it will always want to cuddle when it grows up a bit -
Meh, I think you should get a snake. Maybe a lizard or pet camel spider. Those giant beast spider that eat camels.

Shelters are overflowing with older dogs and cats that need a safe loving home they can live out the rest of their days in. Greyhounds are especially in need and are very peaceful lazy creatures (though not all of them are house trained given their horrible upbringing)

You don't want a rabbit. They high maintenance. Look at bugs bunny on tw. She has 44.2k mob. Can you imagine feeding her that many carrots everyday. Hard work! 😰

Volunteer at your local shelter for a few days a week. It makes a lot of difference to the animals and you will get to see what happens to all the pets people get without knowing what all it takes to care for them.
People's ignorance shouldn't have to doom an animal to a life of misery and injustice.

Just don't buy two, all rabbits are born with the ability to do a self sex-change.
