I say cap on! With the exception of gas day & a few rare events, I only cap inactive players; everything else would be viewed as bullying by most people's opinions here.

How do you guys feel about capping a player that "decides" they want to come back but only complain when they get capped, knowing they don't play cuz the profile obviously shows it?????

when I decide to cap someone who's inactive I send a public message asking if they are active. I know they aren't but this way if they ever came back or someone ever tried to claim they are still active I can at least say I tried to reach them first
