Hey so I have this noob in my city who caps all he can, including inactives and people less than his 1K mob. I've been messaging him to stop, and capped some of his turf in warning. Is it worth giving him heck?

If his mob gets bigger... I would punch night and day. He chooses to ignore after 10 messages.

Try 10 more, then another 10 for good luck. Then place turf round him named "stop" "please stop" "won't you stop?" then ask again. You need to make sure he hears you right. So try alternating between different languages. He might be blind so load up his profile page and try shouting at it for 10 minutes.

Or do what Ghandi did and attempt civil defiance. I.e. Just don't do anything and let him learn the error of his ways.

Lol, I sent him a message saying hi, then asked him a question about why he's been capping like a madman. With no response I just attacked him through the fights tab and he said "I see how it is. Send me a message then backstab me" lol

I helped u out a lil, he is too far away for me to attack so I carbombed a 102 inf. turf destroying 2 upgrades! Then I sent him a new pair of shoes!

Ok maybe diplomacy doesn't work. When I younger I tried negotiating my way out of paying the bill, apparently restaurants don't accept origami as payment, even if the goose had their logo crested on it's head. Maybe you should take pictures of flowers and hippies and send them to him via picture message? Some people need visual stimulation. Like my cousin, who will only cry if we all jump out at him shouting and wielding weapons.
