I declare Prince Edward Island a safe Island for all. This island is located on the Canadian East Coast and only accessible via an 8 miles bridge that I control. It's a 140 miles long, 2,200 sq miles of safe zone!
There's currently only 20 players on this island and I know that most of you are too far, but it's hoppable, I've done it!

All turfs on the island can NOT exceed 86 influences and there will be a zero tolerance for capping or taxing, with the exception of the city of Stratford where loot will be allowed but no capping what so ever.

If you notice any infraction please let me know.

I think mirbel in Montreal but doux is the one to ask for sure. Im hoppin soon.

It's about 800 miles from Montreal and 700 from Boston but more dead zone from Boston. I pretty much hop both.

Safe for any one but me. I went there at level 25 caped went again at level 50 caped and a week ago again. Wec;( kicked my ass again. I'm close just waiting for my cool down and then I'll run in fly and leave. Lol.
Spent 300 on gas to get caped 3 times. But I'm sure he had his reasons. I do stir the pot some days.
