What are your thoughts on it?
(Setting up tons of turf in a line to get to a certain destination and then tearing them down upon reaching such destination)

Pros?
Cons?

Pros it gets you to other places. Cons it's expensive and there is always a chance of running into an unrecognized road and getting stuck

True. And it costs way more cash to tear down and build than to just spam a area.
I've always wanted to bridge across the Atlantic and set up shop in Europe.. But it would be horribly expensive and there's no marked roads.. Lol

there is a trick you can try if you get stuck. Zoom in to just before the add turf button dissapears. Then tap very rapidly in the spot you want the turf. I'd say 75% of the time it'll give it to you

I didn't try that but had to backtrack almost 30 miles. Uugh

had to do backtrack bogte when I hopped to stringer. Nothing was recognised at all until eventially I found some hiking trails. By hopping from one trail to the ather I eventially got there

I've traveled 275 miles so far since I started 5 weeks ago. Belial i think Nick may have fixed that "multiple taps till it works" trick. I don't seem to be getting it to work anymore

I find it works best with a good solid wifi connection, and not with most 3g connections.

I live in DC, and just hopped from Atlanta to Memphis. That would be 25 hours of driving round trip to Memphis from here. I spent less time hopping, and could spread it out so I didn't have to miss work or abandon my family. Hopping from Orlando to Daytona took a couple of hours. Sure it's a one hour drive, but that one hour would take me 12 hours just to get there from DC. Hopping FTW.

Found the same thing.
And yeah hopping is tedious but it gets the job done.
