Quality of mob?

Does it matter what level ur mob is at? Or is it just about size? Is 1000 new players as good as 1000 level 60's?

The mob is just a number to say how many items you can equip and what quests you can do. So no it doesn't matter how strong they are.

1000 mob at level 60 is weaker than someone with the same amount up to level 15 as the 'newbie' will have the godfather protection up til level 15

That's from a Capping point of view. Not too sure in relation to standard attacking
