Who has a suggestion for rules for Noobs to live / survive by in TW. Not just punching codes but don't piss off godfathers. Don't be abbusive.
-
Mob up, dont put loot or bigger influence turf on someone bigger than you, and talk to players and make friends.
-
Don't be a jerk to other people it will hurt you

It's my No. 1 of my top 10 best practice when I new player ask me for advice.
TW Top 10 best practice.
10. Be respectful and diplomatic to all players at all time.
9. Don't cap inactive players.
8. Plan turfs in crowed area for maximum income.
7. Don't put loot on a turf you drop on top of someone else.
6. Mob up fast! Use web sites for codes and don't post codes on players wall.
5. Don't level up too fast... The lower the level the better.
4. Don't put skill points on Attacks or Defenses.
3. Announce yourself to a capo when you get somewhere and enquire about rules.
2. Use don points on Turf Limits.
1. Read the forum but don't post useless topics. -
I should probably revise that top 10 best practice but when I see a new local player I send them my welcome message along with this list of best practice. I usually get a thanks for it along with a few intelligent questions.
-
This is my standard welcome message;
Hi, welcome to Turf Wars
Heres some tips to help you out..
- Start punching codes, mob is most important in this game and you can get a respectable mob in a few days.
- Don't worry about your level, once you reach level 50 you lose some protections.
- When you build your turf you get more money based on the number of players that are around you. So build turf around your neighbors and don't cap inactive players. The more we are the better the income.
- Please do your part and help keep this game a fun place to play.Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Mr. Doux7
I've seen similar messages from Mystery and others. If we all do our part in helping the new guys this game could keep its integrity and a fun place to be.

I've been playing for 2-3 months. I've had plenty of very mature conversations, with both Vets and Noobs, and I've posted several threads. Some were good, some were not so. Nobody is perfect.Μr. Dφцχ wrote:

I reserve my right as an adult to have my say in a public forum.
That said, I am mature enough and respectful enough to acknowledge that which is written by people with more game experience than myself, and as a general rule I keep my words as wise, kind and witty as possible, as opposed to the foolish, harsh and annoying things said by a frighteningly large number of players both younger and older than myself.
God willing, they're in the minority. God also willing the majority become active on the forum. -
Don't wine or camplain about being attacked or you will be attacked even more
-
Don't post your code on gd.

So why are the older players of this game allowed?

That's part of the problem, some vet post codes on the newbie's wall to help them get started. But instead we should post the web sites and explain that players over 2k or 4k mobs probably use web sites and don't need the codes on their walls. So why are the older players of this game allowed?

They post on anyones wall new or old, but yes I agree with you there maybe posting code sites with a small explanation would be better.Thuggie🐻 add:TB wrote:
