How many licks does it REALLY take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop?

I can... But first who is licking the tootsie roll pop and what flavor is it? Also I will need the temperature, humidity, the lickers hydration level, area licked per lick and average number of licks in a minute. If I get this information I'll be able to tell you.
