Is there a certain amount of days until noobs drop there balls n become veterans or is there a lvl reqiurement or is it just a mindset if ur not tw smart ur a noob?

You don't become a vet from a noob.... There's an in between period.... Noob = inexperience.... So a noob has low mob, low fight count, low turf count...
