They are also all mainly lecturers because getting a professor ship at your Alma mater is a pain in the ass at any school. Pretending that Texas doesn't have scholars doesn't make it so, despite what they teach you up there at the ivy that you implied that you went to. Texas has some great schools which hve created good Texan scholars.

Nothing in particular, but now that I know it bugs Drizzy so much, I'm just rubbing it in. Thefact that he made this entire post to defend mine means it's working.
Also the fact that mission control is located in Texas has nothing to do with anything more than a stategic geological choice.

east and central and south texas are not deserty plains.

when I went to Texas I was in the flat brown ugly area 8 years ago. I hated it. The previous time I went I was stung by nettles. I do hate Texas but I'll admit I'm being narrow minded with that opinion. And some of my best friends I've made in my lifetime have been texans. I always give them crap for it and they dish it right back. It's all in good fun
