It's not really a hop, it just sounds like he is going to an island and gonna plant turf there. He just reset, prolly not gonna have enough money to do anything. Or have the turf limit unless he spends some cash.

I remember when I tried to accomplish things like this and it failed bad. Careful, and trust me I know, 5 time voluntarily reset.
