I need help making a decision.
I'm thinking about capping alot of turf to increase my income (using don points for police protection to keep me out of the negatives) but I also want to stay under my turf limit so I can finish my hop from my turf New Defiance HQ to Columbus airport. Which should I do? Finish the hop? Or cap and them wait for Pittsburgh airport to be opened?

Look at the columbus airport. It's totally covered. Go another direction.
