Ok I will admit that I do not have all the answer about God and how the earth came about, but your theory has just as much unknown about it as well. That's why they call it faith and both require at least a little.Your theories of proof of god don't work. You're just using a supernatural entity to fill in gaps of knowledge. Problem is how do we know it's your supernatural entity? I can use the same logic to show "proof" that nearly any religious version of the beginning correct. Besides we all know tha zues reigns supreme

What belief? I never quoted a belief. And evolution and science do not require faith. Evolution and science make conclusions based on observations. If evidence lead in a different direction those theories change. Religion starts with the conclusion and attempts to prove what they already believe in. Science starts as a blank slate. Therefore no faith is needed⌖🔥Belial🔥⌖ wrote:

This one's a little over the topI've seen several, but the scariest was a few years back, I woke up at about one in the morning, and I saw a man, about 30, holding a pistol right at my face. Then, suddenly, I saw holes appear in his jacket and shirt and he jerked back and melted away as if he had been shot by a machine gun and disappeared. I woke up hours later with the smell of gunpowder in the air.

Wow. More similar than I though. We bring the body home only on the day of the funeral, the immediate family do a ceremony. Do you send gold and money too?Darth Vadan™ wrote:
Yes very similar indeed. We also have procedures and protocols we must follow in the days after death. We will take our dead home and leave them there, we will also sleep in there with our dead,(its not as scary as it sounds) and have people come around and pay their respects. It could last up to a week. It's a long week, because we must feed every visitor that comes through the door. And sometimes you're looking at a 1000 people over 4 days. Im lucky I have a massive family that all comes together at times like this.Add: OLSEN wrote:

Why is it in our modern society, 3 pages of posts about seeing ghosts go by about this without the word schizophrenia appearing even once?

Nobody likes to be duped. You can pre-order an iPad 3, or give $1000 to a televangelist.
What's the difference?

It's nice and humane to respect other people's beliefs.
It's what separates you from being a child. -
So what brown? People aren't entitled to believe and follow whatever superstition they wish to do so? Being a cynic doesn't give you the power to judge others.

No. I'm an atheist. I don't believe in life after death.

Belial, have you ever gone on reddit.com/r/atheism? Awesome place.

I hear noises a lot when I'm home alone. Saw a shadow that wasn't mine when I was home alone so... I guess

Just because you see/feel/hear/smell something doesnt mean it's real. The mind can play tricks. Perspectives change, reality doesnt.

K first off there wasn't nothing. It was a state of low entropy. That doesn't mean nothing. Second, mass and energy can change form. 95% of what we know is what we don't know, meaning dark energy and dark matter. But it's there. It could very well change form into something we can recognize. But the before the big bang there was absolutely nothing. As in nothing I mean nothing to the fact that not even the concept of nothing existed. Then this giant explosion (big bang) happened but according to the law of conservation of mass and energy (mass cannot be created/destroyed; energy cannot be created/destroyed) this big bang shouldn't have happened but it did.
So then what made this big bang happen?(please no your mom jokes here. They're really old)

Actually when you die you lose approximately 21grams. And it doesn't take 2 days. This research was done decades ago. But because of peoples morals it hasn't been tested recently. At least that I'm aware of.Add: OLSEN wrote:
Not too sure of the scientific but my mate is a genius and working with cancer cells and blank cell research... He has one belief that there is a soul because about two days after u die u lose 16grams of weight... And there is no rational/proven explanation where that density goes... Is there a soul and therefore and afterlife i think sonadarrah wrote:
