Ok. So I've seen people mention turf war races, could someone please explain how they work?

Hey, I'm putting those together. We're going to race by hopping from a start line to a determinated distination. I was going to dig tomorrow's race to give a 24 hours notification. All the details are there for the race in Minnesota.
