so being on the job hunt, I'm back to making tasty food out of cheap shit and condiments. this one has been tested both late night when stoned as well as sober during the daytime and it's tasty.

meatballs: make your own. we picked up a bag of the frozen Italian mini ones which I baked following package directions.

sweet and spicy what's-in-the-fridge-sauce:
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. sriracha
5-7 dashes Texas Pete hot sauce
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
kosher salt and lots of fresh ground black pepper to taste.

whisk until combined and honey is fully incorporated. toss in cooked meatballs while hot.

eat in front of tv.

would I serve it in a resto? no. but it's quick and easy and if you line the baking sheet with foil, there's only one bowl to clean.

It's an Asian spicy souce. You can get sriracha in most supermarkets (not just Asian markets) now. There is a rooster on the label so you wont miss it. If you like spicy souce, it's the one to get. It's great to be on pizza too.

sriracha is the shit. I use two types of hot sauce because they lend very different flavors. Texas Pete can be substituted with franks or Tabasco. sriracha cannot.

If u like hott sauce I'll tell u a name of two tomorrow.. The best I've ever had n I love hott sauce.. I'm the type to eat a raw Mexican jalapeños.. They hurt like a mofo but actually feel good they open everything up n get ur blood goin'
