Has anyone else started receiving sarcastic answers to legitimate questions and problems that you have faced.
Nick areyou aware and in agreement to how feedback are responding.
Nick could you please comment on this. I know you seem to act fair but feedback seems out of control.
Anyone else facing this problem?? -
I've noticed a few comments being quite sarcastic. Or ignoring the issue altogether. Anyone else having problems.
-
Yeh I've not experienced it personally but a seen a few responses to other players and quite frankly it comes across as rude, arrogant and sarcastic.not good as they seem to fail to realise that we are the paying customers and without us the app would not function.very disappointing
-
I've been ignored for 4 days.
-
Yeah I joked around that they should use some humorous error messages and one of them was along the lines that "we are working with your enemy" and they said I thought they were biased. Theyre not biased toward any of us. I thought it was funny as heck and better than "Error healing-try back later" when healing a turf. Meh.
-
I've been subject to several unacceptable responses in the last few weeks regarding issues that myself and other players fighting alongside me have noticed. Initially, I received sarcastic and incorrect responses, as if the person at support didn't even understand the game. I've not still received an explanation on what they "apparently" thought a certain "loot" does. However, having said that, I've had some much better responses and explanations in the last week, but nothing that assures me.

It's like comic book man from the Simpsons is feedback atm
-
I mean, really...like I can go back later and heal a capped turf? Useless error message anyway. Might as well build rapport between "us n them."
-
1.1k mob takes my turf in one cap and this is what I get back.

Thank you for your message. Thanks for contacting us. Mob size is not the only factor in determining who wins a turf fight. Weapons and armor also come in to play. Hope this helps!

Wow this shits going on for everyone. For once we agree Redfox. I told "new guy" he didn't at all sound like nick. Whoever it is hasn't forgotten that this isn't just a game but a business. Customer service is a henderance and annoying at times - I'm sure anyone that works for a living knows that. But it's a necessity and a foundation for any successful business. He really should do a little monitoring of his help.Has anyone else started receiving sarcastic answers to legitimate questions and problems that you have faced.

Yep. I asked about a mule account. I got this exact same message twice in less than 8 hours reference the same question. Lots of concern out there. Lol. private message

Nick can you comment on this if you get a chance. Would be good to get your perspective. Or the person who answers feedback

This is what we should get every single time.

Thank you for your message.Sorry to hear this, and thanks for reporting. We’ve warned the player about further abusive behavior. Let us know if it continues and we will take appropriate action.
Despite the large amount of tickets we receive a day, we're constantly trying to keep people satisfied. That being said, if you come across anyone who is unhappy in the result of customer support, please ask them to contact us again and we'll try our best to help with the situation. :)

But sometimes, we get these lol.
TW_Support says:
Thank you for your message.Really dude, these have to be the most investigated accounts in the game – if there was evidence of mules in vendettas they would have been banned & reset long ago. You're just gonna have to accept the fact that the guy rolls deep.
This 1 really made me cry with laughter. Talk about "NOT" knowin the game.

Thank you for your message.Police maps increase your capture range. Thus, it does influence (name) capture range.
Really? And all this time we had no idea lmao. I havn't received an explanation nearly 2 weeks on.

Versus 11k they'd need that fantasy nuke e1 wants I guess, no? Unless you dropped all weapons which a birdie told me youre not doing. This shouldn't turn in to a beat on support fest. Some constructive stuff woukd be helpful. Obviously in redfox's case he knew the game mechanics should have dictated the 1.1k lost--even given weapons. I know him enough to know that too. That's how we all know how to win. I think we're frustrated that in the past we've sent support (yes sometimes upset) but in a legit attempt to work on making the game mechanics work as they should by giving info.1.1k mob takes my turf in one cap and this is what I get back.

Yeah. We do need to know about maps. But im pretty sure that's incorrect.

Tried and tested after I was told that. It assured what I already knew. Maps only increase build radius and not cap distance as stated to me. I think the point is feedback needs to clarify what we don't understand not give a script answer of. It's the game.

Yeah. No offense to whoever it is but when we are using feedback to communicate possible issue with game mechanics it would help if they actually understood the mechanics. This is me chiefest concern. We need to be able to trust the answers that support give us⌖🔥Belial🔥⌖ wrote:

(cont'd) Sometimes the answers do sound a little too cookie-cutter and do not address the problem at all making feed back seem fruitless. You kinda scratch up your head and go, "whaaa? I already knew that and it doesn't apply here." A lot off us troubleshoot beforehand. They (royal they) may not realize that anymore. We are, most of us, geeks.
(yeah, I know this belongs in feedback but I already got my fortune cookie for the day)

I can't comment on rude messages however. Support and nick himself have always been acceptably cordial with me. I cannot comment on their responses to others as I have not seen both sides of dialogues
