because if I could set you up to look like you had killed someone I ha and you were killed under the death penalty. Then you couldn't really speak could you.

I would be in favor of the death penalty if it could be 100% certain of the prisoners guilt every time. The simple fact is government fuck up all the time. They can't seem to do anything that isn't half-assed.
Look at the USA. Remember Watergate? These clowns couldn't even cover up the fact they broke into a psychiatrists office. I certainly wouldn't trust them with the life of another person.

I think they could send all criminals to australia like in the good old days. And then they could play some battle royale before they send in the next group. That would make GOOD teve :)
