Cigarette sickness
Forums › General Discussion › Cigarette sickness-
Have you ever felt like shit and as if throwing up after smoking a cig? I've smoked a whole packet one day and felt fine, the other day I smoked ONE and felt like shit, just wondering why?

By one, I meant one cigarette

Cigarettes contain nicotine. On some occasions, the stimulus could interfere with the neurons in your body especially in large doses, thus the feeling like shit. It may just be your body backfiring telling you there's already too much in your system. Chill out and have a drink instead! 🍻🔫

Ummmm, stop smoking maybe? I'm just saying...

Same would happen to me. I quit a month ago after 10 years of it. No cheating!

Pack or packet, heck I dunno, I'm from Portugal, english isn't even my first language

I find this happens most in the morning or when I have an empty stomach. Just recently quit. Be strong bro. If you decide to quit I'm here for you. It gets tough

Don't worry, I'm not a heavy smoker nor consider myself an addict, I just enjoy a smoke once in a while, i have no problem taking breaks from it
-
I prefer the green stuff, but when I did smoke I used to find that once and a while there was a cig that would make me feel ill..
-
Wait till you've smoked 15 years...a cigarette will make you feel like you are about to have a heart attack...which isn't far off. Quit now. It will never be easier.

I used to smoke 30-ish cigs a day (basically a full deck. sometimes i had more), and I decided to cut back. I found the easiest way to do that was to start rolling my own: now I'm lucky to have 10 a day, if I'm sober. It's just not worth rolling them all the time, so you tend to enjoy them more, less often.
The moist tobacco tends to burn slower than tailor-mades as well, so they generally last a bit longer. That all said, if you can bring yourself to quit, I'd say DO IT! you'll probably outlive me.
Good luck ✊✌
