Adds inf to your turf.. You can only get then in loot missions. It's better to hold on to it.

Gives you 16 more influence. Good for hopping. So I would keep it around until you can use it. For more on loot, go under get help on the main menu, hit loot, then loot list.

Definitely definitely keep it! Any turf upgrade loot should be kept - you'll be able to use it later, and it'll make you more money.
