Do lower level missions then. I do only purse snatching now. Max xp and you never get busted

I was actually wondering the same thing. I never once got hit by the cops and have been capo of my area since I started. As of like this week I get hit like 5 times a day. Just curious as to wether it has to do with lvl or the cop feature was just broken untill now. Not worried about it, like you say low level missions don't attract them, just wondering.
