Capo?

So there's a newb in my area who I helped get started with this game. He recently took away my capo status. I don't really want to give up my capo since I've had it since I started. And I don't really want to cap him. Should I just ask him to move away?

Tell him he needs to move his turf because you have the capo if he deosnt cap his turf as long as you can defend it
