Dam that's a lot of hard work and time spent to just reset. But each to their own I suppose.

Decent weapons have upkeep. What if you went on vacation and most of your turf were capped. So many and so long that you have a huge negative balance. You sell everything and it's not enough. It would take too long to run missions to get out of debt so u reset

Nick will reset debt to inactivity. That's not a good reason at all to reset
