Is ANY 87+ turf fair game? Even if they are inactive? Been told both ways do am kinda wondering....

I can see why they say fair game for inactives but I don't agree with it.

Good advice tax, but really don't wanna get crushed if it's something u aren't suppose to do. I understand if u tore them down there would be a problem, but not if u leave them up right?

You could just attack the turf and lay an 86 to collect money off it. Just make sure to attack it every 6 hours or so so you dont pay it protection ha
