I can't ve the only one
Forums › General Discussion › I can't ve the only one-
I started playing this game around 4 weeks ago and I have read all the tips and tricks of how to be a good player (mob up, arm mob, allies) yada yada. My question is. Am I the only semi-n00b who doesn't ask stupid questions (excluding this one) about everything? Am I the only one to realize the importance of the things I listed? Last but not least, am I the only one that isn't dumb when it comes to talking to people nicely?
I might have come in with a bad wave of n00bs, but I honestly see why you vets are fed up with this current wave. It doesn't ake a genius to know how to read the help and strategy forum and use the advice.

Cheers!!! 🍻🍻🍻. Excellent post.

I second that, I've been playing for about 6 weeks and I've read every sticky thread there is. It's amazing what you can learn when you do it yourself instead of asking for help over every little thing. I follow the help forum and give answerS whenever I can, but most of those answers can be found with just some simple reading. At times certain noobs do tick me off, I can't for life of me understand what some of these people are thinking sometimes.

Refreshing.

Sleep avoids me.
Anyways, Iv been here for a year and considering my mob size might not be considered a vet, but I do deal with the upfront drama that presents it self in the threads everyday so this question should be hard to answer. Everyone is different, some people won't take 💩 or input from other players because they feel like they only know what is right and probably don't want to be proven wrong infont a audience. As for the reading of the help forums I say that they are not sticking out enough to them. They are just playing the game and learning as they go. Also a video game is supposed to be fun and I don't think after a long day at work or school anyone would want to start reading about rules and stuff. Now the fun part. There are mostly kids through young adults that play this game so only those who are mature har respect for others. So do expect everyone here to have a a+ in spelling. But everyone is here to have fun so players can play the villain or the good guy. -
I'm sorry I am not responding to anybody. I am actually a kinda shy person. But thank you for the support.
BigSteve, me and you share many things in common about the way we try to figure out what they are thinking.
Inspector, I personally would consider you a vet because not only have I seen your name on the forums helping others, but around my town when I look at peoples walls and seen the conflicts you have helped solved months ago.

I can't be the only one!!!? I have played games similar to this before (mafia wars on myspace, mobsters, triumph(I was considered a vet on that)) and personally I don't think vet status should be on the mob size, inf (though it should play a role)....etc., but how the player has contributed to the game.
Btw, saw you are the same age as me ;D

I agree with that. But mob size shows how dedicated to the game you are. However don't take this the wrong way, I'm very dedicated. It's just school and other things are such time hogs. I spent at least 10 to 15 min punching codes but the return rate is ridiculously horrible for me. But everything else counts as well.I can't be the only one!!!? Hmmm I learned quickly!

No, you aren't the only one. I have spoken with other intelligent noobs that have read the info, are learning about the game, & are mobbing up. The difference is that you don't see them posting stupid questions (if they post at all) so you don't notice them.

Yea I give props to the vets here that have the patience to answer a lot of the repetitive questions that are already answered in the help section.
I've been playing for almost 2 months, but I spent the majority of that time trying to lvl up because I didn't look at the forums. Once I realized what I was doing I had already put too much work in turf wise and I didn't want to reset. And even though I'm a major noob I still am annoyed by some of the questions in the forums being rePeated almost everyday. It's not hard to see that the answers are right in front of you -
So? What's a mob?
Haha, nice bud. Wish there was more like you!

For the first month I was playing I just kept my mouth shut and read what others had to say. You learn a lot real fast that way.
-
I've played for about a month now too, I also just read around and learnt how to play by myself
