Dear TW Warriors,

I would like to invite everyone big and small to Tax Me Freely™. Any turf I have under 86 inf is fair game. If you need to up your income and arm your mob then feel free to Tax Me Freely™.

I only ask that you don't put upgrades on my turf 86 inf turf. I will cap (where possible) any upgrades I find taxing my 86 infs. If I have a higher inf turf that you would like to tax simply attack it once and send me a pm. I will lower the inf so that you get paid.

To bad you don't have any turf in Connecticut… one of my turf that was making me at least 65k an hour got capped, and now my hourly income is a measly $346k…
