Someone who only builds turf, but not mob up.
7200 inf and 850 mob.
I do gave history with this kid. He turf spams alot and I've pushed him out of the local area. I just don't know if I can put up with all his crying and bitching if I do.

Nope not wrong to attack. :) make yourself a rule of attack, and follow them..for exampl, mine is
Over lvl 25
Over 2k influence
More than 500 mob
Are all axeable in my book.
(any 2 of those in combination)
