When looking at your turf and it breaks down the cash flow for that turf, what is the cop fee and is there a way to reduce it?

The cop fee is what you are paying the police. There are 3 ways to reduce it to zero.
1) buy global protection from the don
2) use a consigliere
3) pay a lump sum under the missions tab.
