player A has turf limit and can build around a ton of turfs to get where he wants to go. instead, player A caps 8 of weaker player B's turf. player B starts a V to protect himself, but much stronger player C joins player A against player B who is the weakest.
do i help player B? theres lots of missing details but thus far the only evidence presented to me is that player C has capped over 10 more of weakest player B's turf, so this kid is getting picked on. oh and player C says "he laughed at me so i taught him a lesson"
i'm really tempted to gasface nyc because of shit like this except i wont delete afterwards and i will buy so much refill health and stamina that i will wipe out two players. i'm sick of this shit. these players both have turf limit but keep capping a weak player. A. i feel bad for the weak player. B. this directly fucks with my money. the more players the more income. what should i do?

i'm not acting until i get more facts. if player B has been talking shit, then maybe he deserves the punishment. but more than 20 turfs capped and it all started cuz some greedy guy late to the party decides to cap weak player's turf instead of building around
