How long before inactive
Forums › General Discussion › How long before inactive-
Theres a few turfs near me, 88 inf but it looks like the player hasn't been on in about a month, would yall say the turf is fair game for capping or is he inactive

Cap him and I level you.
-
If you want to cap. Cap!!!
-
You don't cap inactivate . You cap active players, so they can rebuild ><
-
Before you do anything, tell me exactly where he is. :-)
-
I know you don't cap inactive players, but how long till they're considered inactive

If he is truly inactive I mean. Pm him asking if he is still there. I made that mistake before on an old friend and left a comment on his wall saying he was inactive only to find him still playing lol. He pms me asking what was thatCap him and I level you.

It's the 84 inf turfs that are most sacred. Don't cap these! If you find 86inf turfs from inactives don't cap and tear down for the money rather use your loot upgrades and get perpetual income from them.

88 INF? Loots on the turf? If that's so it's fair game, inactive or not. Leave all the 86 INF and below alone though.

Ya. I agree with this one. Big players cap any and all turf about 86. Fair game.88 INF? Loots on the turf? If that's so it's fair game, inactive or not. Leave all the 86 INF and below alone though.

To actualy answer... I'd say a week of no responses can consider them inactive.

I have a different concept on this, hear me out.
For the most part, you guys are right, leave the inactives alone. But there are times when it's ok to cap, even beneficial.
Let's say this 88 turf is in the middle of nowhere. Its not contributing to any economy. If its upgrades can be moved into an established area, or better yet a growing area, the net change is positive. This is a good thing!
Likewise, if someone takes an 84 turf and upgrades it to 86 and does not remove it, the local economy just grew a little. Eventually the person who took it and upgraded it will become inactive, and we're right back to where we began, only with 2 more influence.
To cap and destroy is bad. And to cap without being committed to keep is also bad. But capping is not necessarily always a bad thing.

Be well advised that many players aren't inactive just either got somethin more important or (like myself) are going through a state with no device (I came back hard and made sure everyone around me knew) >:]
