I told someone (JaggedKnife) to move his turf because it was taxing mine or be capped. He then proceeded and used a horse's head on me and tried to cap some of my turfs. I then continued and capped 3 turfs. Right now he is trying cap some of his turf back.

My question is... Did I start this by saying move your turf or be capped?

Nope. I wouldn't have even warned him (that was nice). If someone opts to put upgrades over your turf, they are taking the risk that you may well cap their turf and take their upgrades. Their choice; no sympathy.

Well it's settled. He tried to settle it,but he posted the truce on his comments instead of mine

I will sometimes warn a noobie not to tax someone bigger than him but if they are over level 50 I take it.
