I saw on the 6:00 news this morning that Wikipedia IS infact going to black out for an undisclosed amount of time.

Wiki works if you go to the page and take a print screen before it redirects to the close page :-)

You can also go to the main page, select another language site, I tried the Spanish one, and let google translate it for you. It's automatic in chrome. Only a SOPA sucks banner, no black out for me there.
