So I have been playing for three months..... After getting the iPhone 4s.

So after 3 months here is some bits that I think are worth a mention:

1. Punching is the only way to become a bigger player ( I have been slacking lately to those in the know).
2. Don't buy upkeep weapons if your under 10k mob generally if someone wants to cap you upto this point even upkeep weapons won't help( generally speaking).
3. Speak to people generally if your polite and help people will be the same back( I know it's turf wars but when your small this will most likely define how easy/hard your life is).
4. Buy only turf limit and max out all the time to maintain income.
5. Ask a bigger player for help/protection/advice and do as they say....... They aren't where they are for no reason.
6. Players from TWFC and DBR can be both be very helpful ( I'll get shot for this but I have seen good actions from both....... And some bad but we won't dwell on that).

So to all the people who say you can't match the vets I disagree............
1. I have over 14000 mob in 3 months and I have been slacking.
2. I'm top ten(based on influence in London) steady progress 👍

I know it's not much but given time I think it's possible to get close to he top players, everyone has different goals mine is to make the top of the ££££££ list.

i think you are completely wrong on not buying upkeep weapons if you are under 10k mob part. People under 10k mob still need to defend their turf. I'm not just going to roll over and let someone take my turf. I'm actually kind of offended.

It's an opinion, as you mob up fast you will need £££££££ just to buy weapons especially if you grow 1k mob in a day so your money is best spent on turf that generates income ( and get a bigger player to help you keep it).

Once you have enough turf and mob with non upkeep weapons you will be able to defend yourself sufficiently and will have enough income to easily support upkeep weapons while adding to the ££££ you have built up. 👍

I agree about the "do what the vet says" part. I always find myself trying to convince newbs to learn diplomacy, and compromise. But more often than not the guy decides to go to war to prove something irrational, and illogical, which causes more people to get drug into the conflict, and extend the losses. The longer a random newb rivalry goes, the more complex it becomes, the chance increases that more people will become involved, and the more time consuming it will be over all. And of course the end usually comes after they decide to finally lose interest and talk it out.... Which is what I tried to make happen and suggest from the start...

There was a point where I had $1billion and was making 2.5m an hour AFTER UPKEEP. You don't need alot of mob to have a lot of turf.

Agreed there is still a need to defend yourself and non-upkeep weapons don't quite cut it even if ur 5k or less

I just can't believe how condescending you're being right now. Just because you've got 14,000 mob doesn't mean you're better than us.

P.S. - stop fishing for compliments, you obviously haven't been slacking.

Firstly see the 15k mob race............ Secondly some quick Maths to prove my point.

With a 10k mob a defence of 280000 is possible for 2.6m and to get an extra 100k it costs 2m.

For someone to beat you they will need an 8500 mob with tommys and their upkeep will be £8m........... And their defence around the same as yours making them just as vulnerable to attacks! So an extra 1500 mob can save you 5.4m an hour although your attack won't be great you will be just as able to defend which is the best thing when your small.

Normally when lower mob players have alot of turf they get targeted just cuz they have so many turf. Wheather they capped them or did it legittly

And I thought I punched hard...
Do you cap majority of your turf or just buy rep?

How? With Kevlar, galesi, and meat cleavers wouldn't that be 150k defense? Those are the 3 best things you can get for defense with no upkeep unless I missed something, I'm half asleep been awake for over 24 hours. Little tired

This is a decent "template" on how to start the game right. Minor differences in personal opinion aside the basics are here. Well done Accountant as you obviously knuckled down and got to know your local mobs and studied the game. With a decent grounding like this you should be able to start "playing" the game and getting real enjoyment out of it.

Other noobs should take note. 👏👏

How? With Kevlar, galesi, and meat cleavers wouldn't that be 150k defense? Those are the 3 best things you can get for defense with no upkeep unless I missed something, I'm half asleep been awake for over 24 hours. Little tired

This is with Galsei, armour and shoes not entirely no upkeep but the stats are correct.

You're right, it's just an oppinion. But right now, with almost 5000 mob, I'm getting 150k defense with body armory and mini guns.
