Top fights

I'm in the top fights at the bottom; and have been for a while, so I'm not likely to get closer to the top anytime soon (because of the amount of losses)

should I continue just going for wins to get up the list
or should I give up and accept losses?

Only if there Is a valueble strategic reason. None of us on the list should ever feel trapped into only taking easy wins but also you should balance and pick your battles
