Hopping?

I think I have a good general idea about this but can someone explain IN GREAT DETAIL how to do this successfully? I feel a though I'm missing something. Thanks.

The way I like to hop is fully upgrade your turf, put all loot upgrades on, create another turf as far away as you can in the direction your going, unequip the loot from your previous turf and tear tht turf down, fully upgrade your new turf, put All the loot on tht, and repeat a hundred or so times
