Capo of Undetermined

So I plopped down a few turfs in Poland and they're located in , , (undetermined). I remember hearing that turfs in those areas count towards the state/nation Capo. Can someone clarify this for me?

I have a couple of undetermined turfs.

For Capo it says "none" and they pay police protection. I think for it to count as the State/Nation Capo, it has to say Located in , , State/Nation

Ok, just checked up on the turfs, they're now registered to a city. Maybe it just need some time to catch up xD

The map has been screwing up lately. It seems at random times it will register things as "undetermined" but then it sorts out after a while.

A couple times I had cities register wrong. The turf was listed under locations 20-30 miles away.

Yeah the google geocoder has been flakier than usual lately. Normally the undetermined cities are sorted out in half an hour or so.

yah but I put a turf in a place called salt lake but came up as hounolulu wdf is going on

I have some turfs in Vegas that correctly labels them as being in Vegas but the country it undeterminded so I have a capo of Vegas as does the chef.

I was capo of "undetermined" but then it changed to "Baile Átha Cliath", which is just the Irish for "Dublin"

I have turfs on a bridge and now I have capo of a city that's 2 cities/towns over haha
it wouldve been a secret take over but if I go for a capo title I always give the current capo a heads up and see if they even want the title.

I got undetermined turf it counts toward capo of nation city or county
