He has a thread in the vendetta forum that hes been bumping several times a day, I told him to stop and he hits me with a bunch of horse heads. He is to far away for me to retaliate. How do I handle this situation?

Find some people in his area and ask them to start capping him until he stops. We've told him to stop and he won't. The consequences are all his fault.
