Drizzy, I'm with you on this one. If he was in Texas and placed turf, the turf is fair game even if he leaves Texas he can still legitimately expand there.
But once he's gone, you can no longer attack him. Only his turfs. Get it?
To attack HIM once he leaves is taking advantage of the exploit.

The issues with the game are not political. The philosophies behind justifying a cheat are very typical of certain party politics.

And Drizzy, building turf in Texas from Argentina is wrong. I was under the impression the first turf was built legitamatly while he was in Texas. If that's the Cade, then he can expand from
that turf no matter where he is. That is how the game is designed.If his Texas turfs were wiped out, then to put turf back in Texas from Argentina is wrong.
