... to cap a player if you see he has a lot of turf capped from another player (eg. Joe schmoe has 50 turf. 20 of those turf are from different people. Would it be ok to cap some of his turf?)

I have just had a pm left by a player who came into an area and capped smaller players like crazy, I just capped a few off him and he's sending little silly threats, I say cap away

Theres a guy near me with like 90 turfs he has maybe 15 originals :P
