I realized that there is a strategy in this game that relates to the book To Kill A Mockingbird where Atticus says: It is a sin to kill a mockingbird because they don't do anything except sing and make music. Isnt that the same for inactive players? They don't do anything except increase local income for your turfs. So would it be a sin to cap an inactive players turf like it's a sin to kill a mockingbird?

This is a great analogy. Time and time again we try to relay this idea to noobs that are all excited because they can cap someone and wipe these players out. It's even better when they cap these old turf then tear down to get the cash, couple idiots in my home town are doing this right now. I'm patiently watching them close in on level 50, one of the few that was above 50 discovered his reset button today. Great joy crossed the land.
