Income drop

Anyone give me an answer as to why my income keeps dropping over time. I keep upgrading turf then when I return to the app my hourly income has dropped. I have full police protection so no outgoings there. It's not that I've purchased any weapons either.

The initial income never sticks... It was like 53k ish when you planted it right?
So it's dropped as not many people occupy the area.
There is a help forum and wiki that can help you with this

If you build turf in lower populated areas, sometimes the income starts high then resets to a lower level after a few hours. When you build a new turf for instance and it says you will make 4k an hour, don't be suprised if it actually goes down to 1.5k if there are no other turf in the area
