Turf color

I've seen people who have black rings around their turf no matter what the color. I have also seen people with the outside ring the same color as the center.

So is there a trick to getting the outside ring to match?

You have to buy it through the don, it's only available to the elites and those over level 90 though so you may not see it..

How would you know? You're only level 57. The ability can be looted after level 100.
