This investigation came about by a known friend of mine asking me to help one of his friends out because he claimed he had been targeted by a random v.

Hey bro I'm currently leveling some of this guys turfs.. In gonna ask operation and the hydra to help me out here.. Guy is just bullying balla for no reason and made a v against him.. Think you can help me out by teaching this guy a lesson? The guys in his v are noobs.. Thanks.

So before I do any cases I make a back round check and ask what is going on. So I went to a random member and asked if he knew anything about the v. I got a reply saying

Good point.
Anyways after looking at balls turfs I came to the same conclusion that anyone else would. That's a lot of turfs he has capped.
And we all know what happens when we cap little players and inactives!!

Capping inactives and smaller players= LESS MONEY.

The message that was deleted is still on my wall so I copied it.
[Note this message is not complete do to the length of it]

"So I have been having trouble with this v against me. It was started without any provocation. 4 on 1... I need some help or I am..."

Then when asked why he deleted it he responded again as stated above

I would also like to submit, that I contacted two of the smaller players and told them that I wanted to help them get their turf back. I had never spoken to either of them prior to that.
